Avocado Toast w/ EASY Poached Eggs

Hello everyone! It's been a long time since I last made a cooking video. But I am back, with an easy recipe (I shouldn't even call it a recipe, LOL).

The star of the show is "Avocado Toast with Poached Eggs". I am sharing a super quick and easy tip to make poached eggs. If you're a fan of those running egg yolk, I think you should check this out!

Ingredients:
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 medium size avocado
  • 2 eggs
  • Cherry tomatoes (optional)
  • Parsley (optional)

Instructions:
  1. Bring some water to a boil, even to cover the egg, and add 2 mason jar rings into water
  2. Toast your bread and spread avocado on top
  3. When water boils rapidly, turn off the heat then break 2 eggs into 2 rings
  4. Cover the pot and wait 4 minutes if you like your egg more on the raw side, and 5 minutes if you prefer semi-cooked yolk.
  5. Place poached egg on top of the toasts 
  6. Sprinkle on some salt and pepper
  7. Serve with some chopped parsley and cherry tomatoes if you like.
